Refund & Return Policy
All our products are backed with a 30-day money back guarantee.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated
All returns are subject to a $14 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of EssentialEdge (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc).
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online orders.
Order cancellation
